Sotogrande Alto: The Hillside District with Big Plots, Mature Gardens and Golf Views
Sotogrande Alto unfolds in layers as you move through its hillside zones. The G Zone opens with sweeping sea views, large plots and a mix of traditional and ultra‑modern villas, including homes owned by international families and even a famous golfer. Calle Granada, one of Alto’s most iconic streets, curves along the fairway with uninterrupted views.
Further down, the F Zone reveals mature gardens, tall trees and established streets such as Formentera, Fenómeno and Faisán.
