Introducing Noll Afterhours, A New Way to Experience Sotogrande

There is a side of Sotogrande that only appears once the day winds down, when the meetings end, the phones quieten and the conversations become more real. It’s in those moments, after hours, that the true character of this place reveals itself.

That is exactly where Noll Afterhours was born.

A New Format for a Different Kind of Storytelling

At Noll Sotogrande, we spend our days guiding families, listening to their needs and helping them understand the rhythm of this unique destination. But there is another Sotogrande, the human, unpolished, everyday Sotogrande, that deserves its own space.

Afterhours is that space.

Once a month, Stepahnie, Charlie, and Jorge sit down together in a local spot, a terrace, a café, a corner of the marina, and talk openly about different topics: how Sotogrande is evolving, what’s happening in the community, the people who shape daily life here, the small details that make this place feel like home, the questions newcomers always ask, and the stories long‑time residents love to share.

It’s relaxed, unscripted and honest. Not a Sotogrande real estate market update. Not a sales pitch. Just three people who know Sotogrande deeply, talking about the place they call home.

Why Afterhours Exists

Sotogrande is often misunderstood from the outside. People see the polo, the golf, the villas, but they don’t always see the warmth, the humour, the everyday life that makes this community special.

We wanted to change that. Afterhours was created to bring Sotogrande closer to those who don’t know it yet and to give a voice to the people who live it. It’s a way to show the real texture of the community: the conversations, the anecdotes, the shared experiences, the sense of belonging.

Because Sotogrande is not just a destination. It’s a way of living.

A Conversation You Can Shape

One of the pillars of Afterhours is openness. We want the communit, residents, newcomers, summer families, future neighbours, to shape the conversation with us.

Every month, we invite viewers to send questions, curiosities, and suggestions. If there’s something you want us to talk about, we’ll bring it to the table.

Afterhours is not a show. It’s a shared space. The conversations take place in English, but the episodes are fully accessible with subtitles available and language settings adjustable directly on YouTube.

Whether you live here, visit often or are simply curious about Sotogrande, you’ll be able to follow every episode comfortably.

A New Chapter for Noll Sotogrande

For years, we’ve said that we are not just an agency, we are Sotogrande. Afterhours is our way of proving it.

It’s a project born from the community, for the community. A monthly moment to pause, reflect and share what makes this place so quietly extraordinary.

The latest conversation is now live. Join us on YouTube and experience Sotogrande the way we see it, up close, unfiltered and after hours.
