Architect Andreas Martin-Löf -Villa at La Reserva de Sotogrande

This project is a unique and private gated community set within the grounds of La Reserva Club. There will be seven extraordinary villas providing extensive accommodation and guest facilities, screening rooms and spa, inside and outside swimming pools, garaging, staff quarters, and landscaped gardens, amongst much more. The third villa of this luxury Community was designed by Andreas Martin-Löf Arkitekter. Established in 2008, Andreas Martin-Löf Arkitekter rapidly gained a reputation for their high precision projects and their commitment to true craftsmanship. The design of the Monocle ”Clamp Lamp” for the Monocle Shop led to the design of The Midori House in London, the headquarters for Monocle Magazine and sister company Winkreatve. Recent commissions include Continental Apartments – 18 luxurious high-rise apartments in central Stockholm with a penthouse complete with 70-tonne suspended pool, Aspvik House – a summer house in Stockholm’s archipelago which has been widely published and Karlatornet – the design of the penthouses and premium residential levels of Scandinavia’s highest building in Gothenburg.
